A close call for Balloon Fiesta this morning...there is a lot of rain outside, but almost all of it is west of Bernalillo County (good job to Futurecast!). :) Changes that the balloons and their people WON'T want are coming, and I'll tell you about them on KOB tonight at 5, 6, 6:30 and 10PM!
